The Trump Administration is ignoring environmental review requirements and moving forward with roads and/or a border wall that will sever animal migration corridors, ruin viewsheds and add light and noise pollution to a treasured national park. To find out more and get involved go to

The Trump Administration is systematically reducing the public's ability to have a say in how our public lands are used. Often this is done by Executive Orders, in an attempt to by-pass public input. Just recently, Donald Trump reduced two National Monuments in Utah--Grand Staircase Escalante and Bear Ears--by 90%, with no public input. The land will be opened to mining and drilling by September 11. But you can speak out. Public pressure is powerful.
More Than Just Parks provides information and up-to-date calls for action.

More Than Just Parks has developed an easy-to-use tool to help you speak out to protect public lands:

You can do more than just call your members of Congress and ask them to stand up for public lands--you can track how they vote and see their score card!
The Roadless Rule Town Hall Presentation, Boots on the Ground, SLO County grass roots activist newsletter and Tiny Acts of Kindness article from the Greater Good Science Center in Berkeley, Ca.

With so much happening, it is easy to get overwhelmed and lose track of what to do - but 5 Calls makes it easy!
You can search for topics of concern and current legislation. They will even provide talking points.
They also give you phone numbers, addresses and emails for your Members of Congress.
